General Terms and Conditions of Sales


The goods offer on the online shop is aimed at customers resident in Switzerland, with delivery address in Switzerland.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter GTCS) are valid for all purchases of products and/or goods on the online shop owned by Womo Schweiz AG.

Offers of products and services published online are valid as long as they are visible on the site and while stocks last. The images on the site are provided for information purpose. Womo Schweiz AG disclaims any responsibility for any errors or inaccuracies relating to images, descriptive texts or availability.


The indicated prices are exclusively expressed in Swiss Francs (CHF). They include VAT (8.1%) and do not include shipping costs and any packaging that will be calculated separately at the check-out process.

Womo Schweiz AG reserves the right to change the prices at any time. The invoiced to the customer at the time of the order prices remain unchanged. Any promotional discounts offered on the site can be added to other discounts, unless otherwise specified.

There are possibilities of price differences, promotions or discounts of the products in the physical shops. It do not give rise to any claim of price adjustment or voucher.


The products and prices published in the online shop are valid as an offer.

The request to conclude a purchase contract derives from the Customer following the completion of the order and the click of the “Buy Now” button. In this way the customer is considered bound by the purchase contract. The same is considered closed only after the express acceptance by Womo Schweiz AG, as better indicated in the following paragraph (ORDER).

By sending the order, the Customer receives an automatically generated and sent to the indicated e-mail address order confirmation. The receipt of the order confirmation does not imply any confirmation that the product is actually available or can be delivered. The order confirmation simply informs the customer that the order has been received and will be processed.


The order delivery by the customer implies full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, without reserve, except other terms or conditions.

The order is effective only after the express acceptance by Womo Schweiz AG by means of an e-mail confirming the purchase, with the delivery confirmation or with the actual product delivery.

The sales contract is considered stipulated only for the products explicitly indicated in the order acceptance and/or delivery confirmation e-mail. The total or partial non-acceptance of the order involves the refund of the total paid amount or of the undelivered part of the order.

The customer has the possibility to identify and correct entry errors before order delivery.


The invoice price is the price indicated on the confirmation of the order, sent to the customer at the time of the order. The accepted payment methods are: Paypal, Credit Cards of the EuroCard /MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Postcard, PostFinance.

All payment transactions are made in the protected area (“https: //”) according to the highest possible security standard. The data recorded by Womo Schweiz AG constitute the proof of the set of transactions carried out between Womo Schweiz AG and its customers. The data recorded by the payment system constitute the proof of financial transactions.

The products are property of Womo Schweiz AG up to the full payment of the amount indicated on the invoice, respectively in the purchase confirmation e-mail.


Womo Schweiz AG limits the shipments to the Swiss territory and better to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase. Any shipments outside of Switzerland required by the customer, are to be arranged separately.

The shipment will be processed within the next business day upon payment received. The standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

Womo Schweiz AG is considered to have fulfilled its obligations when the delivery of the goods is forwarded to the courier.


It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the status of the goods at the time of delivery within a reasonable period of time. Otherwise, after 8 days from the receipt of the shipment or from the collection at the stores, the goods are considered accepted by the customer, without any reservation.

Any complaints related to defective goods and/or incomplete services, as well as returns, must be immediately presented by the Customer directly to Womo Schweiz AG by email to


Except for specific conditions, the customer can exercise the right of return.

It is up to the Customer to verify the goods upon receipt and communicate any defects or differences respect to his order.

It is possible to return or replace the purchased goods by presenting the proof of purchase. Can be return or replace only unused, clean and undamaged goods, intact and still with the original label and packaging. Items that are not intact, dirty or have suffered damage attributable to the customer generally are not accepted.

The legal conditions are in accordance with the art. 201 CO. Returns are possible within 7 days of receipt of the order or collection at the stores. If the customer cannot present the confirmation of receipt, the 7-day period starts from the order delivery.

In case of return of the goods, the shipping costs as well as all the delivery risks are on the customer.

In the case of free returns at a Womo Schweiz AG sales point, the goods must be presented to the respective customer service, provided with a delivery note or order confirmation. Please note that the reimbursement will be made in the same way which the purchase payment has been done and therefore cannot take made by cash.

Once the goods have been received, Womo Schweiz AG verifies the returned items and decides, whether to make the full, partial or non-refundable refund, on dependence of the state of the goods. The refund will be made within 10 days of receipt.

The reimbursement concerns only the value of the returned goods. Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.


The ordered goods can be changed or replaced only in the Womo Schweiz AG stores after receipt of the shipment or by post, with the charge of the shipping costs to the customer. The goods can be changed only if not used, clean, without damage and in the original packaging. For the goods replacement one should go to the counter of the reference department in the Womo Schweiz AG store. The replacements are possible within 7 days from receipt of the order or from collection at the stores. If the customer cannot present the confirmation of receipt, the 7-day period starts from the order delivery date.

If the supplied goods are damaged, please proceed as for the returns.


Warranty services must be dealt with at the Womo Schweiz AG sales point, at the counter of the department in charge, or there should be opened a practice by sending an e-mail to

The sales invoice is required for the warranty request.

The warranty replacement or repair does not involve any extension of the original warranty period.


The total or partial non-execution by the customer of one of his obligations and non-compliance with a payment deadline will place Womo Schweiz AG in the condition of: being able to demand payment of the sum due, suspending all deliveries, withdrawing from the present contract.


This contract is governed by Swiss law, with the exception of the rules of private international law. The exclusive legal forum is the Court of Zürich Canton.


Womo Schweiz AG reserves the right to modify the GTCS any time. The change can also be made by Internet publication. Any changes to the GTCS are to be considered accepted as soon as the customer requests additional services from Womo Schweiz AG.

If one or more provisions contained in this GTCS are invalid or illegal, the legality and feasibility of the remaining provisions contained are not affected. In this case the parties undertake to validly regulate the invalid or illegal disposition.
