Shipment

WOMO Schweiz AG undertakes to ship the available at the moment of the order items within a maximum of 2-3 working days from the order acceptance. Delivery is made by the express courier service and the package can be tracked on the courier's website. Two delivery attempts will be made and, in case of both times absence, it will be possible to request a new redelivery at the same address or to vary the destination. Following the two failed attempts, there will be charged the carrier's warehouse storage and related redelivery costs.

In case of several deliveries caused by logistical or availability problems of WOMO Schweiz AG, the fixed contribution and cash on delivery fee are paid only once with the first shipment of the items.

WOMO Schweiz AG does not deliver to:
- minors without written authorization from one of their parents or guardians;
- persons subject to protection without written consent of the guardian.

Orders for PURCHASE VOUCHER, GIFT CARDS or other electronic services will be processed at the time of acceptance, or at the completed payment process.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping is free of charge for orders of a higher amount than CHF 59.-
For lower amounts orders there will be required a fixed contribution of CHF 9.00 for shipping costs. The amount is indicated directly into the order form.
These charges will be charged once per order, without considering the number of packages
shipped.
